bidaph Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bidaph ("bidaph," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through bidaph, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These Terms apply to all games and services on bidaph — including live casino, slot games, fish games, sports betting, and any other product accessible through the platform — whether played on desktop, mobile browser, or the bidaph mobile app.

Using the bidaph platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use bidaph, you must:

• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• Not be prohibited from online gaming under applicable Philippine law or any restriction that applies to you personally.
• Be acting on your own behalf — registering or playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not have had a previous bidaph account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

bidaph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance therein may be forfeited in line with applicable rules.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bidaph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, device, or payment method, bidaph may suspend all associated accounts pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes:

• Your real full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• A valid, active email address that you control.
• A valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. bidaph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately at [email protected].

bidaph may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bidaph are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform supports deposits via Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfers, and qualifying local e-wallets. The exact payment channels available to you will be displayed in your account's deposit section.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on bidaph.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment channel. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bidaph balance promptly after confirmation by the payment provider. bidaph is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

bidaph does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider before depositing.

5Withdrawals

Winnings can be withdrawn to qualifying Philippine bank accounts or local e-wallets linked to your bidaph account. Withdrawals are processed in PHP.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in your own name — matching the name on your bidaph account.
• Completion of KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be required again for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
• Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal channel and verification status of your account. VIP members with higher tiers may benefit from faster processing.
• bidaph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing time.

Any bonuses or promotional funds credited to your account may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific requirements for each promotion are set out in that promotion's individual terms.

6Gameplay & Betting

All games on bidaph — including live casino, slots, fish games, and sports betting — use certified systems. Slot and fish game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live casino games are conducted by real dealers under monitored conditions. Sports betting outcomes are determined by actual match results.

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. This applies to all game categories on the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects a game round in progress, bidaph will resolve the issue in accordance with the game's rules and our general fair play policy. If a round cannot be completed or reconstructed, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or system faults for financial gain is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• bidaph reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of betting, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

Game-specific rules apply to each category and are accessible within each game on the platform. Players are encouraged to review these rules before betting.

7Bonuses & Promotions

bidaph may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The availability, terms, and eligibility criteria of any promotion are set out in that promotion's specific terms, which take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

• Bonuses are credited to your bidaph account in PHP and are subject to any applicable wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible promotion unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• bidaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including using multiple accounts, collusion, or other dishonest means — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

VIP cashback and other tier-based benefits operate according to the VIP program terms specific to your tier, which form part of these Terms by reference.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bidaph. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating more than one account — duplicate accounts are prohibited under all circumstances.
• Using false identity information during registration, KYC, or any account process.
• Money laundering or use of gaming accounts for financial crime.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain.
• Unauthorised access to another player's account or any part of the platform's systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Abusing promotions through artificial gameplay patterns, staking manipulation, or multi-accounting.

bidaph cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the Philippines. Any activity suspected to involve fraud or illegal conduct will be reported accordingly.

9Account Suspension & Termination

bidaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable period.
• Discovery of underage gaming or false registration information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks filed on deposits made to the platform.
• At the player's own request — players may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds in the account will be withheld until the investigation is resolved. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance may be forfeited where permitted by applicable rules.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting bidaph support. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after standard processing.

10Limitation of Liability

bidaph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.

• bidaph is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• bidaph is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Our liability to any individual player for any single claim is limited to the PHP value of their account balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law in the Philippines.

11Amendments to These Terms

bidaph may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also provide notice through the platform or via email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the bidaph platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
